All About JAM

The Joint Admission Test for MSc (JAM) is an all-India level online entrance exam that is conducted annually on a rotational basis by the esteemed Indian Institute of Technologies (IITs) on behalf of the Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD), Government of India. The main objective of IIT JAM is to provide students with the opportunity to gain admission to MSc and other postgraduate programs offered at IITs, as well as integrated PhD courses offered by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. Additionally, many prestigious National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs) also accept JAM scores for MSc admissions.
